	1) Go to our website, click on Sign Up 2) Enter the email address you wish to register with, as well as a new password. 3) Once you have successfully completed filling in all the registration details, you can enjoy using HaveU.
	How do I log in?
	To log in, please go to www.haveu.net and enter your email address and password to sign in to your HaveU account. Without entering these details you will not be able to access your account. 1) Please make sure that you are typing the password exactly as you created it - upper and lower case letters included. 2) Please make sure that you do not include extra spaces when typing your username or password. 3) Please also delete all offline content in your Internet Page by going to "Tools" and "Internet options". Check the box against “Delete Files and Cookies”.
	How Do I log out?
	Once you enter your HaveU account, click on 'Logout' at the top left corner of your 'Home' page. You may also have to change the settings on your computer. Go to the "Tools" option, select "Internet options" and there in the "General" tab you will find the option to 'delete browsing history'. Make sure you delete "Cookies", "Form data" and "Passwords".
	Edit profile
	Log in to your HaveU account. On your profile home page click on Edit Profile. After clicking edit profile you can add or update your basic information such as your display name, your display picture, your lifestyle, your interest, your company and school details
	How do I change my password?
	1) Log in to your HaveU account with your email address and password and go to your "profile home page".  2) Click on the link "Account Setting" at the left panel of profile home page. 3)You will have the option to change your password on the page that appears . 4)Be sure to click "Change Password" when you're done.
	Forgot Password
	To get your HaveU account password -Click on Forgot Password link and just enter the email address you registered with HaveU in the space provided and we will send you your password.
	What are my Privacy Settings?
	You can specify who can communicate with you through different features on the HaveU site. To manage your privacy settings, please click on "Account Setting" at the left of your home page. You can choose privacy settings for each feature that we offer by selecting the appropriate option next to it. Please click on 'Save' when you're done.
	How do I accept a friend request?
	Enter your HaveU account to connect to your friend, click on the link friend requests in the left panel My mail on profile home page page. There you will have an option to either approve or reject your friend's invite. You will be able to view your pending friend requests, and either approve or reject them. Once you approve the request, your friend will appear on your friends list.
	How do I add friends and grow my friends network?
	There are many ways to add friends on HaveU! Here are some suggestions: - You can Invite your friends to join HaveU by clicking "Invite" link. Enter their email address and click on send invitation. Once your friends join, they will be automatically linked to you. - If you are browsing around and find a friend's profile, select the "Add as a Friend" option under the member’s Profile photo. - You can find friends that are not in your network by going to "Search" and using the search options provided on this page. - Join a group and when you meet someone who interests you, you can add them as a friend by selecting the "Add as a Friend" option.
	How do I remove a friend?
	When you delete a friend, his name will disappear automatically from your list of friends and your name from his unless you are connected through another mutual friend. You can remove a friend easily, but remember that your network size will decrease. Here's how you remove a friend: Go to the "Edit Friends" link in My friends space section of your home page. You will see list of your friend. Just check the friend, which you want to delete,and click "Remove friend" and your friend will be removed from your friends list.
	How do I send my friend an invite?

	How many friends can I have?
	You can have as many friends as you want. The more the merrier! You can keep adding friends along the way. It is easy and simple to do. Look at "How do I add Friends" for ways to add more people.
	How do I change the privacy levels for my pictures?
	Log in to your HaveU account. On your profile home page go to "Account Setting" and then click "Change picture setting" link. Select the picture you wish to change privacy levels for. Click on the "Update security level" button under Photos and you can change the privacy levels of your album by clicking on "Who can view this album" and choosing your desired option.
	How do I upload photos to my gallery?
	Once you log in to your HaveU account, click at the "Photo Manager" link on your profile home page. After that click "Add new Image". You may then fill the required field and click "browse" and select the path of the photo you want uploaded, click on "Upload" at the bottom of the page and your photo will get uploaded to your gallery.
	How can I view my friend's photo album?
	Click on your friend's profile, and you can view his "Album" link below his/her picture. However, you will not be able to view your friend’s Private pictures. You will also be able to see your friend's photo if he has sent you an invite to view it.
	How do I delete a photo from my gallery?
	Once you log in to your HaveU account, click the "Photo Manager" link at the profile home page page. Click on the photo you want to delete. You will see a link delete under the photo. Click on it and the Photo will be removed from your gallery.
	What are the votes on the photo gallery?
	Members can now vote on the photos in Photo Albums to show that they like them. Click on the 'Rate It' button to post your vote.
	Can I delete a Profile comment I wrote for a friend?
	Once you've written a Profile Comment for a friend it will remain on your friend's profile. You will have to visit your friend profile to remove the Profile Comment.
	How do I add a Profile Comment?
	You can write a  Profile Comment for a friend by going to your friend's profile page and clicking on the link "Add Comment". Here you can write and post your profile comment (or testimonial), you send it to. Once it is approved, it will appear on their profile page.
	How do I see Profile Comments friends have written for me?
	After you log in to HaveU, go to "Your Home" page and click on the "Comments" link just right side of the your picture. You will see the Profile Comments your friends have written for you.
	What are Profile Comments?
	Profile Comments (or Testimonials) are Notes, Remarks, Stories, Toasts, etc. that your friends say about you. You do get to approve each of the entries, but most people approve of them. Remember you can't edit the entries. You have to accept all of it or none of it. You can also write about your friends in their Profile Comments.
	What can I write about when I Comment on a friend's profile?
	You can write about anything, but they do get to approve or reject it. Tell a funny story, describe something they great they did or just something they would feel shy about letting the world know. Maybe they once had blond hair or saved the world. Let the world know what your friend is really like!
	Why would I want friends to Comment on my profile?
	Who knows you better than your friends? By having them comment on your profile, you let other people give their perspective of you.
	How can I edit Video details?
	After logging into your HaveU account, at "My Home" page click "Videos"  and there under 'Uploads Video', click on the edit link above the video you wish to edit and you will be able to edit the details of your video. Be sure to click on "Update" when you are done.
	How do I add a video to My Favorites?
	Once you are viewing a particular video, click on "Add to Favorites" below the video. This will add the particular video you are watching to your favorite videos. Once you are logged into your HaveU account, go to the tab "Favourites" ,select "Videos" and see your all favourite video.
	How do I delete a video I uploaded?
	After logging into your HaveU account, at "My Home" page click "Videos" and there under 'Uploads Video', click on the delete link above the video you wish to delete and you will be able to delete video.
	How do I upload a Video?
	Once you are logged into your HaveU account, at the "My Home" page click "Videos". Click on "Upload a Video" after that click "add more video" and fill in the options provided. To get video link just click on "To Upload and get video link click Here". A new window will open where you enter username and pass if you have already the member of that site. If you are not member of that side first you have to register and get username and password, after which you can select the video which you want to upload and copy the URL provided by that site which is left side of the playing video and pest in HaveU upload video page in video link textbox. In the end click on save button.
	How do I change the privacy levels for my videos?
	Log in to your HaveU account and go to your profile home page. Select "Account Setting" and then click "Change video setting" link. Select the video you wish to change privacy levels for. Click on the "Update security level" button under video and you can change the privacy levels of your video by selecting your desired option.
	What types of searches are there?
	Go to the tab "Search". Our new Search includes "Search by Name/Email" if you know the email address or the name of the person you are searching for. Our "Find classmate" search option is based on school/college. In this search you can search your school friends and college friends. In Our "Advance Search" option you can find your friends by any feature such as age, gender, location, status, country. You simply select your option and click search.
	Add a journal entry
	After you log in to your HaveU account, click on the "Journals" tab. To make a journal entry, click "New Entry", and fill the required field and click submit button.
	How can I edit/delete a journal entry?
	After you log in to your HaveU account, click on the "Journals" tab. To edit a journal entry, click the relevant link below the journal picture. Click on the edit link. Now you have the option to update your journal, To delete journal entry click on delete link. A confirm box will open, just click on "Ok" button if you want to delete and your journal will deleted successfully. Otherwise click "Cancel" button.
	How can I see journal entries?
	Log in to your HaveU account and click on the tab "Journals". To view your journal just click on "My Journal" link and now you can see your all journal entries.
	What is in a Journal Entry?
	A Journal entry is really simple. It is a title, picture and a description. The entry can be as long or short as you want.
	What is a group?
	HaveU Groups is a place you can meet people that share similar interests. You have to join to meet new people, but these people don't get added to your friends list automatically. As you get to know the people in the group, you can add them as a friend. Then your networks will be open to both of you. Have fun! It's a fun place to meet people that share your interests!
	How do I create a group?
	You can create a group by clicking on the "Groups" tab on the top of your home page. From the Groups page, you can select the link "Create group" at the bottom left side of the page. Don’t forget to Invite your friends once you create the group! As a group owner, it’s your responsibility to make your group a fun and safe place.
	How do I edit a group I created?
	You can edit a group by clicking on the "Groups" tab on the top of your home page. You can update your group by going to "My Group" on the left side. Then click on the group picture which you want to update and new page for "Group Details" will open with a button edit group. Cick on that button and change your group information.
	How do I find a group?
	You can find a group by searching with particular keywords. If you don’t really know what you are looking for, you can browse through our categories to see what’s out there. You can also check out what groups your friends belong to by looking at their profiles.
	How do I join a group?
	For public groups, you can join right away by clicking the "Join Group" button on the group page. For moderated groups, you can submit your request to join to the group owner by clicking on the 'Join' button. Once the group owner accepts your request, you will receive an email notification and automatically become a group member. For private groups, it’s by invite only.
	How do I leave a group?
	You can leave a group by clicking on the "Groups" tab on the top of your home page. You can leave your group by going to "My Group" on the left side. Then click on the group picture which you want to leave and new page will open "Group Details" at this page there will be a button "Resign" group just click on that button. If you are a group owner, you must transfer your ownership to someone else first before you can leave your group.
	Who is Group owner ?
	A registered user who creates group is a group owner. Group owner can invite people to join created group. And can accept or deny any user to join his/her group. Owner can edit group picture, group description, group title and group category.
	What does “View all topic” do?
	If you are really interested in a topic, you can “View all topics”. This option is in the "Group-Detail" section of every group.
	What are Public and Private groups?
	Public groups are visible to everyone; you don’t have to be a member to read the discussions and see who the members are. You can also join public groups right away without owner approval. Private groups are for private use only; only members can see the discussions. The group owner has to invite you to join his group.
	Inviting friends to groups
	To invite your  friend to became the member of your group just go to the friend profile and click "Add to Group" option, new page will open where your all groups are shown, just check the group and click the "Send Group Invitation" ,your invitation will be send to yours friend Inbox.
	How do I start a new topic in groups?
	To post a topic in a group, click on the "Groups" tab on the top of your home page. You can post topic by going to "My Group" on the left side and click on the group picture for which you want to post topic. A new page will open "Group Details" at this page there will be a button "Post Topic" just click on that button and submit your topic.
	What’s transfer ownership?
	If you no longer want to manage the group, you can transfer the ownership to another member. Once the member accepts your request, the transfer happens automatically.
	How do I know if I have new mail?
	Log in to your HaveU account. On your profile home page there is a "My mail" panel left side of the page. In this panel, There is option "You have(0) new message". If you have new mail then this link will show new message. Click on that to go your message.
	How do I send messages to my friends?
	You can send messages to your friends on HaveU by following these steps: Log in to your HaveU account. Click on "Mail" on the top of your home page. Click on the "Compose" tab in the left menu. You will be able to send messages to 'Multiple Friends', one or all of your friends. You can also go to any HaveU member's profile and click on the "Send Message" option located on the left of the page. If you have received a message in which they are many recipients, you can click on Reply All, and the reply will be sent to all recipients. When your friend writes back, you will receive an email notification at the address with which you registered on HaveU.
	How do I delete a message ?
	You can delete messages on HaveU by following these steps: Log in to your HaveU account. Click on "Mail" on the top of your home page. Click on the "Inbox" tab in the left menu. Check the message you want to delete, and click the button delete bottom of the Inbox. Your selected message will delete successfully.
	How do I add a Profile to my Favorites?
	Go to the desired profile page and select the "Add to favorites" option located on the left of the page. After a profile has been added to Favorites, you can view all of your favorite profiles by clicking on the link "Favorites" under the "My Profile" section of your home page
	How do I go to my 'Favorite' profiles?
	To view your 'Favorite' profiles, click on the link "Favorites" tab top of your home , and click "Friends" and view all your favourite profile.
